Hi, I’m Aleksandra — a certified nutrition coach (ISSA). I believe wellness should be simple, personal, and pressure-free.

I’ve always been curious about how the way we eat and live shapes the way we feel — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. That curiosity turned into a commitment to help others feel more energized, balanced, and connected to their bodies.

I know first-hand what it’s like to juggle wellness with a demanding career and a packed travel schedule - which is exactly why everything I do is built for real, busy lives. My job isn’t to hand you rules. It’s to spark your curiosity about your own body - so you understand what works for you, and why.
